When you create an account we collect your name, email address, zip code, and role (DJ or Venue). If you subscribe, payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full card number. We also collect profile information you choose to provide, such as stage names, genres, venue details, and photos.
We use your data to operate the platform — matching DJs with venues, facilitating bookings, processing payments, and communicating service updates. We may use anonymised, aggregate data for analytics to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for authentication and storage, both of which adhere to industry-standard security practices. Profile information you make public (DJ profiles, venue details) is visible to other users on the platform.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised team members. Despite best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
You may update or delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment records).
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
